Marietta

This is my new and temporary roommate Marietta. We will only be living together for a two weeks because she has found a flat closer to town. She is from Germany, is in architecture and is an absolute sweetheart.

Medieval Restaurant

We went out to dinner with Sabrina and representatives from the rest of the world, a girl from Japan, one from Norway, one from Germany, and Mexico City.

Hello Arthur. He is a product designer from Israel. He lives a couple floors above us and has become a great friend of mine. He invited us to join him and his other friends in an authentic, home made Israeli dinner last night at an apartment in a soap factory in Palmovka. Delicious hummus.
Sneak preview of the Prague Castle. We went on an architectural tour today of the castle and surrounding area but because of the frigid weather, the tour was cut short. The tour will resume tomorrow and we will get to learn a wee bit about Old Town and the Charles Bridge.

Flat 1

Our actual room is currently occupied so for the time being, Julie, Chloe and I are living on the first floor in a one bedroom handicap apartment. Quite spacious though.  We have a stove, about 2 sq. ft. and a good sized refrigerator. We will be moving to our new apartment in just a few days where we will be living with Sabrina. She and Veronica took us out the first night to a wine bar and then showed us around school. They are both super nice and patient. Sabrina is from Paris, France and Veronica from Slovakia. I would show you more pictures of the place but maybe when I am more settled in. Until later...
